At 2XU, we stand by our products, so you can feel confident that your purchase is covered by our 12 month warranty. We’ll get you back in your gear as quickly as possible.

To claim warranty on an item, you must have the original receipt or online order details from which the garment was purchased. 

2XU Warranty on all products (excluding wetsuits) is 12 months from the date of purchase, when purchased from 2XU or an authorized 2XU retail partner. If purchased from a 2XU authorized retail partner, please contact the partner to make your warranty claim.

Where allowed by law, the 2XU Warranty does not apply to purchases from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

APPAREL

MAJOR FAULT

A major fault is a fault that affects the performance and function of the garment. Our 12 month warranty covers all major faults, such as seams tearing, fabric faults resulting in product failure. 

Your items will not qualify for warranty if they are affected by any of the reasons listed below

  • Discolouration
  • Damage due to care instructions not being followed
  • Rips in fabric
  • General wear and tear
  • Damage due to contact with abrasive surfaces
2XU WARRANTY PROCESS 

If you purchased your item in one of our stores, you must return to the store of purchase to initiate your warranty claim. You will be asked to provide a receipt.

To initiate your warranty claim for items purchased online, please contact info@2xu.com.hk 

You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and photos of the item. You may be asked to send your item back to us. If return is required, You may need to cover the shipping costs of your item.

Upon receiving your photos and/or item, your item will be assessed by our team before any refund is made. We have the right to inspect claimed damages to items and decide on the outcome and cause of damage.
