Muscle Containment Stamping (MCS) traces glutes; to aid postural awareness for pelvic and lower back stability, hamstrings; for muscle strain during lifts and squats, quadriceps; to lower impact during running, jumping and squatting and calf; for injuries from accelerating and decelerating phases
